Showing up on time
We give you a real window and keep to it. If something changes, you get a call — not a no-show.
Our story
A family name on every job
Larkspur & Vane Plumbing was founded in 2009 by Ada Larkspur and Ben Vane — two plumbers who were tired of watching customers get the run-around on timing and price.
So they built the kind of company they'd want to call themselves: one that turns up when it says it will, puts the price in writing before touching a thing, and leaves the house tidy. All these years later, that's still exactly how we work — across Marlow Creek and neighbouring Pine Hollow and Sutter's Ford.
We're a proper North Carolina plumbing company — licensed and insured — small enough that you'll get to know the people doing the work, and experienced enough to handle whatever your plumbing throws at us.

Three things we never cut corners on
Upfront written quotes
You see the price in writing and approve it before we start. No creeping bills, no surprises at the end.
Tidy work
Drop cloths down, mess cleaned up, fixtures left spotless. You shouldn't be able to tell we were there — except that it's fixed.
